Overview
About this event
SEO Estonia is billed as Europe's Best SEO Conference, organised by Kyle Roof, Founder of Page Optimizer Pro and Internet Marketing Gold, and Karl Kangur of Smash Digital and Smash.vc. The event is built around actionable strategies that pay off immediately, with speakers working closely with the organisers to make every presentation as practical as possible. Full details are on the official SEO Estonia site.
The 2026 edition is the fourth annual conference, following a debut edition in 2023, a second edition in 2024, and a third edition in 2025 that drew more than 400 attendees from 27 different countries. The 2026 speaker lineup features 16 names with a combined 250-plus years of SEO experience.
The conference is structured around two unique masterminds across two days, a legendary networking pub crawl through Tallinn's Rotermann quarter, and a closing afterparty. Organisers back the event with a satisfaction guarantee: if attendees are not satisfied, Kyle and Karl personally provide a free private consultation valued at $1,500, echoed in the attendee testimonials.
What Usually Happens at SEO Estonia?
The conference runs across three days combining keynote presentations, mastermind sessions and heavy networking. Day one is a full-day private VIP Mastermind for VIP ticket holders and speakers only, working through personal SEO and AI search challenges in small hand-matched groups. Day two combines a keynote, seven speaker sessions and a structured Group Mastermind for Deluxe and VIP holders, where teams of up to six people spend two hours solving real business problems together, followed by the legendary bar crawl in the evening. Day three closes with two keynote speakers, nine additional sessions and a final networking party.
All attendees use the Whova conference app to organise their own meetups and side events around the city. Past editions have also included a scavenger-hunt-style Pub Crawl presented by GoHighLevel through the cobbled streets of Tallinn's Rotermann quarter, timed to coincide with Estonia's white nights period when darkness only lasts a few hours. Travel and city guidance for attendees is published on the official Estonia travel page.

AI-Powered SEO Workflows and Scaling

Black Hat and Grey Hat SEO in the AI Era
Oleg Shestakov, an 18-year SEO veteran behind Black Flag SEO, presents on black hat SEO in the age of AI, covering how manipulation tactics against Google and LLMs are evolving in 2026. Kyle Roof's closing-style session addresses the hidden cost of LLM content and what he calls first run failures.
