Terms of Service

By using relvehq.com or any related service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Relve is an editorial directory of AI tools. We curate listings, produce reports, score tools editorially, and provide tooling (search, compare, dashboards, AI assistance). We make no warranty that the Service will always be available, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mass-download, or systematically harvest data from the Service beyond what's necessary for normal browsing.
• Resell, sublicense, or republish Relve's editorial content (rankings, scores, summaries) as your own product without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or paywalls.
• Submit tools you don't own or represent without proper attribution.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or distribute malware or illegal content.

When you submit a tool, comment, or other content, you grant Relve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, display, and distribute it as part of the Service. You retain ownership and may request takedown anytime.

Relve lists third-party tools but does not endorse, warrant, or control them. Your use of any listed tool is at your own risk and subject to that tool's own terms. Report problematic tools to hello@relvehq.com.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime in your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. See the Pricing page for current plans and what's included.

All Relve trademarks, content, code, and editorial work are owned by Relve or its licensors. The MIT-licensed open-source components we use retain their respective licenses.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Editorial scores and rankings reflect our judgment and may differ from yours. Tool data is collected from public sources and refreshed periodically — accuracy is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relve will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid Relve in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account anytime by emailing hello@relvehq.com.

Material changes are posted here at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Relve operates from. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
