How do I start using Airtable AI?

If you’re on a paid self-serve plan, you have access to a limited number of AI credits each month to test out Airtable AI. If you need more credits, you can purchase the AI add-on, which allows you to use AI at scale. Enterprise customers should talk with their account team to get access to Airtable AI. For all customers, a workspace admin or Enterprise Admin needs to enable AI for the organization. While users will see that AI functionality exists, they won’t be able to access it without an administrator’s approval. Enterprise Admins also have more granular control over the workspaces in which AI is enabled.

What type of work is AI best for?

Airtable AI can be added to any workflow and is flexible enough to advance critical steps across workflows in every team or department. Product teams can use AI to categorize customer feedback and generate product specs to speed up feature development. Marketing teams can use AI to generate creative briefs, gather competitive intel, or draft blog posts. Does my information become public?

Airtable protects the privacy and security of our customers' data. No customer data is retained by our model providers or used to train current or future large language models (LLMs).

Where do my Meeting Reports get synced in Salesforce?

Read will sync Meeting Reports to every external attendee's Contact record as a 'Task'. You'll also be able to find them on the Account record the Contact is associated with, as well as any open Opportunities we were able to match the meeting participant to.

Can I selectively sync Meeting Reports to Salesforce?

Yes! You can have Read automatically sync your meetings to Salesforce, or you can manually select which meetings to sync to Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities using the sync button on the Meeting Report page.

How much does the Salesforce integration cost?

All Read AI customers on a paid plan have access to the Salesforce integration at no additional charge!

How do I connect Jira to my Read AI account?

You can connect Jira through the Apps & Integrations page of your Read AI account. Simply follow the integration instructions and authenticate with your Jira credentials.

Can I customize the Jira fields when creating issues from Read AI?

Yes, you can map specific fields, such as assignee, priority, and due date, directly from your Read AI meeting reports when creating Jira issues.
