What is Airtable?

How to use Airtable?

How do I start using Airtable AI?

If you’re on a paid self-serve plan, you have access to a limited number of AI credits each month to test out Airtable AI. If you need more credits, you can purchase the AI add-on, which allows you to use AI at scale. Enterprise customers should talk with their account team to get access to Airtable AI. For all customers, a workspace admin or Enterprise Admin needs to enable AI for the organization. While users will see that AI functionality exists, they won’t be able to access it without an administrator’s approval. Enterprise Admins also have more granular control over the workspaces in which AI is enabled.

What type of work is AI best for?

Airtable AI can be added to any workflow and is flexible enough to advance critical steps across workflows in every team or department. Product teams can use AI to categorize customer feedback and generate product specs to speed up feature development. Marketing teams can use AI to generate creative briefs, gather competitive intel, or draft blog posts. HR and finance teams can use AI to generate job descriptions, categorize budget spend, draft company memos, and more.

Does my information become public?

Airtable protects the privacy and security of our customers' data. No customer data is retained by our model providers or used to train current or future large language models (LLMs).

What are my payment options for Claap?

You can be billed monthly, but save 20% if you pay annually. We currently accept credit card payments. If you are interested in other payment options such as SEPA transfers, you can reach out to our Sales team.

What is the difference between members, guests and visitors?

Members are users that belong to your organization. Guests are external and infrequent users who were invited directly to claaps or channels via email. Visitors are external and infrequent users who were invited directly to claaps or channels via share link.

Can I purchase different licenses for different users?

You can purchase different licenses for different users, without the need to have everyone on the same licence. We offer three types of licenses: Basic License (free), Pro License (record meetings with AI Notes), Business License (main license for Revenue Teams).

What happens when my team or I hit my 10 video limit on the Basic license?

Our free Basic license has a limit of 10 videos created per user. To record more than 10 videos, you will need to upgrade to a paid license.
