What is included in DEMO plan?

You can use HARPA for free on a DEMO plan within free limits: Access ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini on web session connections, limited to 10 message a day. Up to 100 total AI command runs, page-aware, web-aware, and parameterized AI messages. Access to predefined and custom commands, and web monitors.

What are Power Messages?

Power Messages are AI commands, page-aware, web-aware or parameterized AI messages sent in chat. Power messages have a daily rate limit on Free plan. Upgrade to S-tier plan for unlimited power messages.

What are Spaces?

Space is a personal, team or organization workspace, and is a place for storing your commands. On S plan you can connect multiple members to your space to share commands across your team and organization.

What are Megatokens?

Megatokens are consumed when sending chat requests on the fast and reliable HARPA Cloud GPT connection. 1 Megatoken is 1 million input tokens on efficient models and is roughly 750,000 words of input text in English. Output tokens cost x3 input tokens.

X vs S-tier. Which to pick?

S1 and S2: Both plans include the same Cloud AI connections. S2 offers 3x more megatokens at a marginally higher price. X-tier: One-time payment with lifetime access. Bring your own API keys to control costs, or use unlimited Web Session connections for life.

What's included in each plan?

Every plan gives you access to the Macaly agent. Plans differ in available agent skills, limits, and capabilities. The Free plan is suitable for basic use and simple projects. The Pro plan unlocks more advanced agent skills, higher limits, and custom domains. The Enterprise plan is designed for demanding projects — with unlimited infrastructure, integrations, and full flexibility. All plans include hosting and a database. We also offer a hosting-only plan for $5/month if you want to keep your site on a custom domain without using AI credits.

Do credits roll over to the next month?

No. Credits do not roll over. Each billing period starts with a fresh set of credits, and any unused credits expire at the end of your billing period (not the calendar month). However, you can purchase one-time credit top-ups — those credits are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Upgrades take effect immediately — you will be charged the full amount, receive the full credits, and your billing cycle will reset. Downgrades and switches to the Free or Hosting plan take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you're on a Pro plan, you can either purchase a one-time credit top-up or upgrade to a higher plan with more credits. If you're on the Free plan, you'll need to upgrade to continue using the agent. All your projects will remain active and your work will not be affected.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. At the end of your billing period, your published website with a custom domain will go offline and any remaining credits will expire. Your projects and websites on the default Macaly domain will remain accessible — nothing is deleted. Make sure no active site is connected to a custom domain before you cancel.
