    Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial for Pro. Whether you're on Pro Teams or Pro Personal depends on how many members are in your workspace. If your workspace has fewer than 3 members, you're on Pro Personal; if it has 3 or more members, you're on Pro Teams pricing.

    Can I start with Pro Personal and then upgrade to Pro Teams?

    Yes! When your workspace grows from 2 to 3 members (including yourself), it automatically upgrades to Pro Teams where you'll benefit from discounted pricing. Any unused time of prior seats at the Pro Personal pricing will be applied to future invoices in the form of a pro-rata credit on your account.

    How do I switch between Pro Personal and Pro Teams?

    You switch by simply adding or removing members from your workspace. At 1 or 2 members, you are automatically switched to Pro Personal, and at 3 or more members, you are switched to Pro Teams. When you add members, we'll add a pro-rata credit to your account based on the unused time of prior seats at the old pricing.

    What happens if my Pro Teams membership drops below 3 members?

    Your workspace will remain on the Pro plan but will be charged at the Pro Personal pricing. Any unused time of removed seats you have already paid for will be returned to your account in the form of a pro-rata credit, which is automatically applied to future invoices.

    On the Pro plan (including free trials), you can configure the Notetaker to join meetings based on criteria such as being the call organizer, having only internal or external invitees, having accepted the call, and more.
