If you’re on a paid self-serve plan, you have access to a limited number of AI credits each month to test out Airtable AI. If you need more credits, you can purchase the AI add-on, which allows you to use AI at scale. Enterprise customers should talk with their account team to get access to Airtable AI. For all customers, a workspace admin or Enterprise Admin needs to enable AI for the organization. While users will see that AI functionality exists, they won’t be able to access it without an administrator’s approval. Enterprise Admins also have more granular control over the workspaces in which AI is enabled.

The 14-day free trial offers the same limits as the Scale Plan. After the trial ends, data will automatically be adjusted according to the Free package for one month.

How do I choose the right package?

Check your daily sessions in GA4 to determine your needs for additional video sessions. For heatmaps, aim to record more video sessions, typically around 70-80% of daily views.

How many sites can be connected to one package?

One package equates to one site. Domains or subdomains, like a.site.com, site.com, and site.de, can be combined into one account. You can also add cross-domain sites, all sharing the same page view and video session limit.

How do I add the tracking code to my site?

It's simple! Add the JS code before the closing body tag on all pages, or use GTM, Shopify app, or Wordpress plugin. Detailed instructions are provided after account creation.

How does billing work?

After the initial payment, all subsequent payments for the chosen package will be automatic.
