Vibe Coding Conf is for the engineers who've made AI-assisted development their default mode — not a side experiment. Three days of talks, workshops, and unconference sessions on the working patterns that actually stick. Tracks: agentic IDE setups (Claude Code, Cursor, Zed), spec-driven development, AI code review at PR scale, prompt libraries that survive a quarter, and the team norms that prevent the "everyone codes alone with their AI" failure mode. Past attendees: backend leads, EM/staff engineers, dev tools founders. Not for casual experimenters — assumes daily AI-in-the-loop usage.
