- How fast do you respond?
- Most messages get a response within 1 business day. Support and bug reports usually within a few hours. Press inquiries on tight deadlines — flag the deadline in the subject line and we prioritize.
- I want to submit a tool. Do I use the contact form?
- No — use the Submit a Tool form. It's the fastest path because it goes straight to editorial review. We add new tools weekly. The Contact page is for partnerships, press, and questions outside the submit flow.
- Do you offer partnerships or sponsorships?
- Yes — we run a sponsored placement programme separate from the editorial directory (sponsored content is always labeled). Pick the Advertising topic in the form, or see the Advertise page for our media kit.
- Are you hiring?
- Open roles are listed on the careers page when we're hiring. For speculative outreach, send a short note + portfolio via the form (topic: Other) — we keep promising profiles on file.
